Breakfast:
Rise and shine! Breakfast is served in the lobby from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. If its not included in your room rate, check out the buffet and enjoy it for 4 JOD per person.
Coffee and Tea:
Enjoy complimentary coffee and tea during breakfast. Afterward, they're available for an extra charge. But don't worry, we also have a refreshing station with juice and detox water!
Smoking: Our backyard is the designated smoking area. Lighting up in the room will cost you a 50 JOD fine. Let's keep it fresh and clean!
Alcohol While you can't sip your drink in the lobby, feel free to enjoy it in your room or in the backyard. Just remember, the backyard closes at 11:30 PM.
Luggage Checked out but still want to chill? Leave your luggage in the lobby and enjoy our facilities until 6 PM at no extra cost. Or, if you prefer storage, it's 1 JOD per bag per day.
Lost & Found Misplaced something? We keep lost & found items for one month after checkout. Don't forget to claim your belongings!
Heating/Cooling Feeling hot or cold? Check the remote control for instructions on adjusting the temperature. Stay comfy!
Additional Services Need an iron, hairdryer, adapter, lock, laundry, or printing? Just ask at reception. We've got you covered!
More information for Private Rooms:
If you want your room cleaned, leave your key at reception and inform the receptionist. For long stays, rooms must be cleaned every 3 days.
Please return your key at check-out or drop it in the designated box. Losing it costs 8 JOD.
Keep our towels happy inside the hotel. Taking them to the Dead Sea will cost you 6 JOD per towel as they will get damaged.

Breakfast isn't included unless you added it separately. Fuel up for the day!
Consult with reception before changing beds to avoid a 5 JOD fine.
Store valuables in lockers. Need a lock? Purchase one at reception.
Towels aren't included, but you can get one for 1 JOD.
No food in the rooms, please. We have designated spaces for that.
Use the shared fridge, but remember to remove your items after check-out.
Dress appropriately in shared areas and keep the bathrooms tidy.
