Morning vibes! Served in the lobby 7–10 AM.Not included? Add it for just 4 JOD per person.

☕ Coffee & Tea

Free self-service station in the lobby — available all day! 🌞

🚭 Smoking

Allowed in the backyard or your balcony.In-room smoking = 50 JOD fine (let’s keep it fresh).

🌡 Heating & Cooling

Too hot or cold? Easy fix → follow the instructions on your remote.

🎒 Luggage

Checking out but not leaving yet? Store your bags in the lobby:

• Free until 6 PM

• After 6 PM → 1 JOD per bag/day

🔎 Lost & Found

Lost something? We’ll keep it safe for 1 month.

🍷 Alcohol

Allowed in your room or the backyard (till 11:30 PM).Not in the lobby, please.

🛠 Extras

Need an iron, hairdryer, adapter, lock, laundry, or printing? Reception’s got you covered.

🛏 For Private Rooms

• Want your room cleaned? Just leave the key at reception and let us know.

• Lost your key? 8 JOD fine.

• Towels are hotel-only. Any damage → 6 JOD fine.

🛌 For Shared Dorms

• Breakfast not included — add it for 4 JOD.

• Changing beds? Ask reception first (fee applies).

• Valuables? Use lockers. Locks available for 1 JOD.

• Towels for rent → 1 JOD.

• Food → enjoy in the lobby or outdoor kitchen, not in rooms.

• Shared fridge → please remove items at checkout.

• Bathrooms → keep them clean & dress modestly.
