How far is the Sydney hotel from the airport and what is the best way to reach it?
It is a 34 Kilometers (40 minutes drive). The best way is by the airport pick service we provide for 25 JOD per car which is equivalent to the airport taxi fare.
How far is the hotel from the main touristic attractions in Amman?
The hotel is located between the heart of Downtown and the famous Rainbow street. Sites such as the Hussieni Mosque, Roman amphitheatre, Citadel, Nymphaeum, local markets and famous local restaurants are minutes walking distance from the hotel.

Is it safe to walk in Downtown alone at night?
Jordan is a very safe country and Amman has surveillance cameras mostly everywhere. People are genuinely friendly and love to see and talk to foreigners. It is very safe to walk around but we always recommend tourists not to walk in dark small alleys at night if alone just like any other country.
Is it easy to find something to eat near the hotel?
Oh yes, you have so many options. Hashem Restaurant which is the most famous Humos and Falafel place is a 5 minutes walk and it is open 24 hours. There are many other restaurants from fast ordering sandwiches to seated low budget to mid-range nice atmosphere restaurants serving all kind of meats, salads and fish. Downtown is rich with the best restaurants in town. As well, Rainbow street is filled with restaurants and cafes serving a more modern kind of food such as burgers and hotdogs.

Yes, we do. This depends on the demand and requests from other in-house guests. We can not guarantee a tour before hands. We try our best to put guests together to join experiences and share the costs.

Can you give me some information about renting a car and if you have a parking space?
We can link you with the company we deal with for renting cars as they give you the advantage of picking up and dropping the car either from or at the hotel or airport free of charge. Price is depending on the type of car/days/insurance type so please send us an email for a quotation.
We have limited free parking space in front of the hotel and near it which is always empty at night. There is also a paid garage adjacent to the hotel for 3 JDs per day.
Is there a shared kitchen we can use?
There is no actual kitchen for the guests use but we have a shared fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, plates, cutlery and cups where guests can heat their take out food or prepare a simple dish.
